There are a number of places that sell LED lights for tractor trailers, etc. and many people have opened up their tails and retrofitted them in.

oh yeah - to make wiring easier, you can buy empty bases from http://autolumination.com/1156_1157.htm - scroll down to the bottom.

they do not look like the accessory picture toyota is showing us dealers here in the states... im gonna look later on to see if its available for tomorrow and i'll order a set to see......
