Too .. big?!! OK. I guess you're left with the SMART for two, and the Mini-Cooper. Either way, it'll cost more $$ and the SMART isn't exactly fast and has no trunk at all.

No car is perfect.

Seriously, did you even test drive the Yaris before buying it? Help me understand what was the selling point for you to move forward with buying a vehicle that is not up to your standards.

The Swift didn't steal my coins and credit cards; the Yaris is a klepto.

You think that's bad...my Yaris occasionally breaks the seventh seal, summons the 4 horsemen of the apocalypse, and makes the world spontaneously combust ...

..but that's only in stop and go traffic. Still, I wish Toyota would have fixed that.

I think there was a recall for that.

Side-note...in the warranty, it lists 'Acts of God' as an exlusion.....read it...laugh .... if you are a victim of an 'Act of God' I don't think making a warranty claim should be your greatest worry.

This thread is the funniest thread in a long time. It's been hijacked by comediens. Otterhere is not finding a whole lot of sympathy for the 5 billion items wrong with her Yaris. She and Bobby should get together, no? He can praise the PHIT and she can the SWIFT...

That is a funny thread!

The Fit is a great car in many ways, but it sure looks like sh..t. What were they thinking?!!

I understand how Otter feels, though, sometimes, it's hard to let go of a good car that really works for you.

I've been pretty baffled by this whole "I-hate-my-Yaris-because-it's-not-as-good-as-my- geo-metro-I-mean-suzuki-swift-which-was-the-best-car-in-the-whole-wide-world" thing, but I finally understand that I'm not supposed to understand it.

How can you say the "glove" compartment behind the wheel is useless? Look what I can do with it:
$3 in change
Allen key and bolt set
Schlage pliers
Digital camera

Everything I need!
