I'd go with the XL 5w-20 at that price . The U.O.A.s for XL are very impressive at B.I.T.O.G.. Decisions , decisions

I'm getting a special price, not sure what the real list price would be. Probably $7.50 for XL and $9.00 for the HP...

just went from PENNZOIL Platinum 5w-30 > Platinum 5w-20 for the '08 Liftback at 13,400 miles . Took little less than 3 and a 1/2 quarts to bring to FULL mark . The new TOYOTA ( Denso ) 90915-YZZF2 oil filter soaked up close to 5 ounces of the oil needed for the change . May go with the MOBIL 1 E.P. 5w-20 or give a few calls to local auto parts stores to see if any AMSOIL XL 5w-20 is available and the cost per quart . This wouild be for the '08 sedan due for oil change next month , currently PLATINUM 5w-20 .
