Smoothing out dry touch-up paint?
What do you think is an easy and effective way to smooth out dry touch-up paint that has tiny ridges and brush strokes visible in it? Just want to smooth over all that to make it level with the surrounding area, and eliminate the brush strokes that are sometimes visible in certain light. Would this be a job for some sort of wet sanding paper? Thanks!
