Someone thought it was a good idea to make a u-turn over double yellow lines into me.

Not that im aware of, although she had a friend in the passenger seat with her, she told me she was not paying attention talking to her friend "being a girl", to be exact as to what she said.

I hate to say this but the license plate speaks to me it tells me all there is to know.

my heart dropped, but at least ur fine though, and you didn't get hit on your driver side probably would've had injury from the way the car looks :(
