CarFax..
Does anyone know where I can get one of these for free? I just want to get a report on one car, and its like 34 dollars. Don't really have that kind of money to spend just on a damn report.

cut the vin number and create an ebay motors listing for free and you will get an auto check, cancel listing once you are done looking

This is a great resource!! I created a free classified listing with the vin and......BAM! Free vehicle history report! There was so little information in the report I would have been disgusted if I paid $30plus bucks!

Tell the seller to provide one; in my case, they did and I didn't have to spend a single cent.
I later used the $34 to buy a stripper some lunch.
