Questions for new flywheel and clutch

I am getting ready to install a new clutch and a Fidanza flywheel in a few weeks and I have a couple of questions that I could not find either on these forums or pretty much anywhere else. I got the flywheel on eBay almost two months ago, and though it's a new and unused unit, it did not come with any bolts or fasteners - just the flywheel, the installation instructions, and a big sticker. I had read on Honda forums that you're supposed to install new flywheel bolts, but the factory service manual doesn't say anything about replacing the flywheel bolts.

So. First question: do I or do I not replace the flywheel bolts? Second question: since I'm not sure if the 1nz flywheel from Fidanza came with any bolts or fasteners for the pressure plate, do I reuse the pressure plate bolts or is the thread pitch on the Fidanza different from the stock flywheel? Last question: for those who have installed a Fidanza unit on their Yaris themselves (not taking the car to a shop to have it installed), do any of you have tips or suggestions that would help make the installation process smoother and less frustrating?
