2009 Yaris T Sport Spares - Help needed

Hi guys

I need urgent help to find spares to fix my gearbox. I need to replace my crown wheel and pinion, both have been chipped

OEM dealers only allows you to purchase the whole diff at costs approx $780 / EUR 635 and stock still needs to be imported as it is not readily available.

Any websites or contacts? I live in South Africa and its very difficult to find TS spares as only 150 were imported to the whole of Africa (or so I hear)
