Ebay gas cap -- anyone know more?

There is not much in the description. Is it metal? Plastic? Will it remain locked like the original once installed? Will the lever by the seat still pop it open? Anyone know about this? Is it a good deal. I did email the seller, but sometimes those replies can take a loooooooong time. Thanks all.
