feel like im on dr phil with yall.. cheer up miss sami! your healthy, your employed, your loved, your gorgeous, you got food in your belly & clothes on your back. We all get those emo days.. but thats why you have people like us in your life to kick that blah-zey-ness away. Whenever i feel down, i begin to think about how far i'v come in my life. When i was in high school, people used to throw food at me & spit at me & push me down stairs.. and i still havent gotten a response to why they did it. The people who know me now, dont understand it either. I was once shy, and still kind of am.. but everyday i talk myself out of it. There are so many things to fight for in this world & happiness is one of them. You have so many people so love & care about you, dont be sad.. get glad! imma good listener and a great motivator if anyone needs an ear or a shoulder or a kick in the tush

I'm not really healthy which is why I am so depressed lately... That and I am fighting off insecurities.... Hum... Life has been super rough this past year and most people I can honestly say have not been through what I have been through in my messily 19 years of life. I am normally a positive person but with everyday it gets harder and harder. I am so happy to have my friends and family everyone is wonderful and I am so glad to have the love and support its just wearing on me a bit... Bleeh...
Thank you though, brightened my day... When so much has gone wrong today....

hmm maybe you can help me. how do you get over depression when everything seems to be going down the tubes for you? I've been like this since Aug. just seems like I'm on a rollercoaster:whenever I get something good going something happens and I'm back the "square one"

take a look at what is "going down the tubes". how can you change it.. can you change it? if you cant change it, why are you stressing about it? look at the positive things going on in your life, value those as they may not be here forever. money & things come and go, we expect that. the important things in your life should be people and your own happiness, not actual things. need more? hit me up on yahoo though im leaving in a bit, but add me, im always on....

iv learned that having a good outlook and not letting things affect you so much, really helps make things much better.. it makes illness go away and gloom clouds shrink right up.. ok,.. now im running away for real.. lol
