Yeah, some people seem to forget how good fresh air is as an air freshener.
I've never had a problem with odours in a car. As long as it's relatively clean it shouldn't smell - unless you frequently have animals in the car I spose.

Here's mine. A friend brought it from car show. I did not put it in my car for a long time because I was afeerd to open it--I kept thinking the shape indicated scent, and I was like "WTF, diesel scent?" (actually it's supposedly pine).

I decided get one today. Although i love the scent of a new car, i love the scent of a squash air freshener even more!... Plus, the ones i bought were hella cheap in price- Two for $6 !!! Not bad.
I was gonna get one @ Super Autobacs but i recently discovered Mitsuwa Market place in Costa Mesa- they had good ones too, plus other nice auto accessories. Also, they have authentic Japanese food there... Mmmm delicious!
here's my pics:

If you like Mitsuwa, you should also check out Marukai discount market on Harbor and Baker in Costa Mesa. They have the same air fresheners for $1.50 each and everything else is at least 15-30% cheaper. You only need to pay $1.00 for a daily membership or $10.00 for a yearly membership
