Seat rail
I love my Yaris, but I'm 6'3" w/ long legs. Good news--I can rest my elbow on my aftermarket arm rest. Bad news--I could stand for the driver seat to go back a few more inches.
I've pulled it out, but it looks like more drilling and rail bending than it's worth. Anyone done it successfully? |

There are a few people who have done it, but I wouldn't call it safe. Not sure if the threads are still here or if it has been deleted because of the hack.

I'm also 6' 2" and a 34" inseam. For me, the butt end of the LB seat was too low. I inserted one inch of shim and placed the rear rail bolts with longer ones. Now I sit an inch taller in the saddle, but the angle of the seat where it meets my old boney thighs is less, and the car is much more comfortable for longer periods of time.

if you could combine longer seat rails with a telescopic wheel, us over 6 footers would be in real comfort!

does the LB not have the driver's seat height adjustment feature like the Sedan has?

Seat Rails
Thanks for the info about height adjustment (no, my LB doesn't have height adjustment). However, I am looking to get farther away from the steering wheel horizontally rather than vertically.

I'm only 5"8" but thick, which requires my seat positon back like a 6 footer.
I'd love to have the pedals moved forward (or the wheel extended back). With the seat adjusted for me to shift comfortably the steering wheel is a touch to far away. I had to stretch for 5th gear as well until installing a short shift kit which resolved that dilemma.
