I'm 99% sure the law is you can have as dark as you want on the back 3 windows, but nothing on the front 3(I think you can have a 4" strip at the top of the windshield)
With that said I've been driving the yaris for 2 years with the front 2 windows tinted one step under limo. Only 1 ticket for it so far, and that was with a speeding ticket. Never been pulled over just for the tint. |

Harmful UV rays from the sun can cause skin cancer. Tinting your car can block 99% of these damaging rays. In an auto accident, tinting can help shattered glass hold together, protecting the occupants of the car. Tinting reduces dangerous glare from the sun, snow, and other headlights, helping you drive safely. Tinting protects your privacy and contents within a car. What a burglar can't see, he won't steal. Harmful UV rays and heat cause car upholstery to crack and fade. Car tint is sunscreen for your car. |

Here's mine last summer..I parked close to a bus station (because I was late for work) but here (I'm from Quebec, Longueuil City) we cannot parked more than 4 hours on a streets without moving the car...but I took a chance. Only 30 sec. later, 2 cops stopped to do "speed gun" lool!!!! Hopefully, I didn't had a ticket
