legroom on 2007 hatchback
Hi I needed an extra inch in my driver sit so I hammered down the lids on the rails. Now it is great. That extra inch makes a big difference. I also disconnected the wire under the seat because I read that if the seat goes back too much the airbag would deploy. Is this true? My airbag light is now on in the dashboard, I guess that is better than being uncomfortable.

Yeap I think it starts to get unconfortable after 6'3". I would like to lower my seat too. My next move will be going to a van conversions place

lol, I'm 6' and I dont have mine all the way back, wasnt too bad on my last trip (1300mi NY to KS). I just have to lean the seat back a bit for it to be comfortable.
