all that person with the focus did was de-solder the white leds and solder on 2 red ones can be done in a few min i did that to mine and went with blue but they set to a switch since any color other then white and yellow is illegal to drive with them on facing out the front of the car
and to get to them it faster to pull the head light assembly out. you will see 2 big round rubber boots pry those off and u will see the wires going into the back of the halo. gently pull them out and then de-solder the 2 leds making sure to not there polarity and re-solder the ones you want then just reinstall takes 5min per headlight from removing it de-solder and reinstall
