#1 rear sway bar, #2 springs of your choice/budget , #3 only if needed/budget...... shocks, #4 last but not least TIRES, a good set will handle so much better than stock.

There is no best out there... if you're just going to DD the car. Springs are good to go rather than jumping to coilovers which will be useless and will make the car less DD-able.
