I'll help you by recommending that you steer clear of no name turbos on ebay.
They are junk and will fail in short order.

Piping is super easy. Just buy a bunch of 90s and U-bends.

Like I said before, the e-manage should be easy to work with. If you get a wideband you wont even need a dyno.

I would wait for a few months and see what the kit market looks like.

well I meant a turbo from another car, not the fleabay $100 specials held together with chewing gum :)

And yea, this wont be until summer... working out some possible deals, but we'll see.

me personally...I'm fully content to be riding bone stock! She's just so cute and cuddly wuddly and...AGH HEMMM!!! NO HOMO NO HOMO!!!! I mean really...Dudes right, you're not really gonna be putting anything to the ground reliably until you go with a motor swap. I'm just gonna keep her clean til I have appropriate finances and another daily driver. At which point; the bitch gets gutted, trading a back seat for a supra motor. Thats just me tho...

the pulley seems like a better buy :)

and will still work with the turbo down the road.

I just can't see the XB kit working at all.
