Neither works :)

In any case, I'm not liking any TLA (3 letter acronym) that costs me $1130 :P
hahaha... its tax, title and license.

2007 yaris price

Mine had sticker of 12660. Options = convenience pack, "cold weather pack" and carpet floor mats. No ABS--had it on previous car and in 5 years it came on like once...

That price included dealer delivery/handling fee of 630--document processing and other fees, tax, title license all extra.

Negotiated price of 11800 and got about what I wanted for trade-in.

Drove 2 hours to larger city to get it--local dealer only had automatic transmission and I wanted manual. Also only black one on any lot nearby.

I did majority of deal via email and phone--VERY easy this way--no pressure or salesman BS--just ask for someone on internet sales team.

Just bought my Yaris 4 days ago. It's a manual LB, and the only options are the $630 convenience package (AM/FM/CD, 15in Wheels, etc) and $209 floor mats. No power windows/door locks... no ABS... nothing else. Interesting to note that no manual Yaris LBs in Texas come with the power package option.

MSRP for this car was $12,664. I negotiated the price to $11,600. I went to 3 different dealers in Austin - the dealers wouldn't budge beyond this same price, so I bought from the one that offered free lifetime oil changes. With TTL (Texas car tax is 6.25%), the OTD price came to 12,580.

It's on OK deal, and I'm happy with the purchase.

$11,900 for 07 Liftback. My local dealer sold me my 04 Tacoma and wanted to keep me happy (I think).

Are we talking tax, title, and plates too? Or just the "sale" price.

My sale price was sticker of $12660 for a manual liftback with cold weather and convienence packages.

+3 oil changes because they didn't have my first color choice

3 or 4 more paychecks and this baby will be paid Off!!!!!!

I only owe 6700.00

I love my Yaris for everyday driving and commuting, but love my Caddy on the weekends, the best of both worlds.

i purchased an 07 lb manual for $11,770 earlier this week.
i paid that price because i thought edmunds.com was the real deal.
after hearing the prices paid, i am starting to wonder if edmunds is owned by the dealers

floor mats, cargo mat, rear bumper protector and cold weather package - that's it. plain burger.

feeling like i could have saved myself 5-10 notes, but f-it....i got what i wanted, when i wanted it, and it get's hella mpg.

btw- tint shop in the south sound. ???

You didn't get hosed that badly. I paid more than you and I know I'm not the only one.

Just picked up my 5spd 07 LB Meteorite Metallic today!! Option B from Toyota's website, 12800 out the door. Probably not the best deal out there, but I'm happy with it!

'07 Barcelona Red Sedan automatic with the usual power/convenience etc, plus side curtain airbags and fog lights for $15,450 (plus tax, title, license). Stickered for $16,300. So not a bad deal, not great, but not bad. Now I just have to wait for it. For the record, I wanted the 5sp, but my wife was afraid to learn to drive stick.

Question potential buyer questions

I was quoted recently (April_2007) COSTCO pricing on a 2007 Yaris Liftback with automatic transmission, all-weather package, and floor mats: USD12,805.

I walked out on them and was off the lot and driving away when they literally ran after me and said they would beat COSTCO.

I wasn't ready to buy it that day, but now I know that I can get a base model w/AT for less than that. Should have haggled more to find out
just how much lower they would have gone, but I was out of time.

Any ideas about when Seattle area dealers might put on a big sale to start getting ready for the 2008s?

Also, any users out there like to comment on ConsumerReports concerns:
"most disappointing list"?
sloppy emergency handling?
a lot of noise?
an uncomfortable or compromised driving position.?

I like a quiet car, but I've been driving my wife's old Wrangler to work and any car will be an improvement.

AT drivers: does the staggered shift feel natural after driving for some time?

Which Yaris color offering is most visible to other cars?

Anyone out there in the Pacific Northwest USA or British Columbia able to get a really base model without the All-Weather Package?

Thanks for any help
