Easy fix... Put the car in gear. While pressing the brake hold the parking brake in the on/up position with your finger on the release. When you take your foot off the brake the E-brake will hold you in place so you can ease off the clutch. Since you held the release you can easily put the brake lever in the down position without it locking in place. I do that when I park on a hill so i don't scratch my rims or bodykit on the curb. It's a trick I learned offroading my Jeep...it works well if you have a limited slip(that's slipping) since it transfers power to help get you moving.
