In the meantime, why not grind it clean and braze it.

need to have someone build you a titanium manifold and put the issue to rest once and for all.

by 'someone' I mean an expert in Metallurgy, and welding Ti.

I'd recommend using some furnace cement to patch it. That's what I did on my 95 hp (at the crank) Suzuki Sidekick.

What were the symptoms? Loss of boost? CEL? Loud noise from the engine bay?

The cracks are pretty small. Art discovered the cracks when he pulled the trans to do the final drive swap. Not sure I would have seen them back there until they get a lot worse.

It was Jet Hotted, so the coating makes it more difficult to do repairs. We decided to just replace the whole thing, easier and I have one here on the shelf.
