Do you think that TRD subs out the manufacturing to some crap china company who not only makes the product for TRD but also sells the same item to many other companies so they can put their name on it and sell it? It would be interesting to see someone pick one of these up and find out they are exactly the same product. TRD just slaps a sticker on it and sends it off. I think someone should buy one, just not me You could always send it back right?

This is definitely a piece that is made in-house somewhere where an hour of labor is sold on the dollar menu.
TRD certainly contracts out their parts. Look at the AEM intake next to the TRD and you'll quickly realize AEM makes TRD intakes in America, and that that is a $100 bypass valve. |
