what to do in 250k service
My yaris is around 250,000km now and I want do service for it what do you guys recommend to do, and also do I need to change the timing chain?

Im against "fix it when it aint broke" ideas so no, dont replace the timing chain. I havnt read about hi km cars with failing chains anyway.
If you dont know what to do take the car to a reputable shop and have them go over it. You want the brakes and front end especially to be inspected for wear. Good luck with your Yaris!

On my 2007 Yaris I have almost double the distance you mention, and I haven't replaced the timing chain.
