I know these were sold already, but did you check this company out? I could have sworn Garm had some up in his online store before. Have you talked to him also? Maybe he knows someone.. worth a shot if not being able to find them is the issue and money isn't.

looks good man. When it comes time to assemble the motor I will give you a heads up about a couple things. Those ARP head studs will require small modification to a couple of things for fitment

won't you need to do some machining to accommodate larger valves if you do decide to go that route anyway? I'd assume a larger valve will require a larger diameter port and larger seat to work effectively.

Yup your right, I don't if its even worth the time and money to get larger valves installed, unless they give you some sick hp gains.
