Door insulation
Is there any readily available options to improve the thermal insulation of the doors in the 1st gen HB Yaris ? Since I do live in Canada and sometimes do long drives where I take my coat off, I can feel the thermal difference when my left arm resting near the window trim and edges. I'm thinking about improving the weather strip seal, but I'm not aware of what can be improved without becoming expensive and not really worth it. I have a 2007 2dr HB manufactured in fev 2006, so the car is over 10 years old and maybe isn't has air tight as when the weather strips were brand new. On the plus side, I only have 3 doors in total instead of 5, so I'm rather open to ideas that are cost effective.

The most cost effective? Hmmm...
The armsock. Or several of them. |
