Echo, xa, xb shocks interchangeable?
Did a little searching and found most posts dedicated to Echo/Yaris swaps. What I'm wondering is if older xa, xb(first gen) shocks will fit my 2001 Echo? I'm finding some pretty good deals on xa, xb shocks, but I think I've read somewhere(probably here) that they will fit- just not set for the proper weights.
If so, is there that much of a difference in weight between the three to make a difference? The fronts I'm ok on, I'm just concerned with the rear shocks for now. I'm keeping the factory springs also. Thanks! |

I heard xB front struts will make the car sit higher. I'd go with xA front struts.
