Confused aiming 2007 HB front lights
I have brand new headlamps and from looking around there are 4 dials.2 are metal and 2 are white plastic.
I cannot find any info with clear consise details of how to aim lower, mine are way too high on the low beam and the left one shoots to the left upper when on high. Oh and my highs shoot off into the sky.Totally useless. Also why does this site have blank pic links in various posts. I think the pics where they were hosted have been deleted or the hoster is defunct. Its definitly not my browser as I have tried chrome and firefox both updated. |

Photobucket
Maybe Photobucket has stopped displaying their large ransom-notice image?

The only pics that are guaranteed to stay here are those that are posted as attachments. Any that are embedded links are subject to vanishing over time.
I'm hoping that your severe aiming issues are not partially tied into the fact you got aftermarket lights. Sent from my Elite_5_5_Octa using Tapatalk

I doubt it.They are the recommended brand that the body shop that does all of toyota dealerships work in my area. They look identical to the stocks. I will get a shop,or toyota themselves to aim them for me. Thanks for reply. |

On my 05 the white plastic adjustmer is what moves the inside reflector and aims the light. The height is right on top behind the light. The side one is a PITA to get to beside the park light on the outside edge.

Mine have star looking white plastic screw thing directly top and long plastic turn thingy protruding from the back. Like I mentioned they look identical to the stock. I read somewhere metal screws need to be turned? |
