13lbs steelies 14x5J
I have four 13.6lbs steelies (weighted with valve and balancing weights not removed) in 14x5, 4x100mm, about 4 winters on them and they have a little bit of surface rust, but willing to give them a fresh paint job in the color of your choice for $10 since I just scrubbed them clean (your pick of Krylon brand color). Normally 14x5 steelies are 18lbs each. Would make nice inexpensive light wheels for your ride.
