ECU Replacement (Reprogramming) MK2 Yaris
Hi guys,
I will be replacing the ECU / ECM on my 2009 MK2 1.33 Yaris with a used one. Just wanted to ask if the method to reprogram the ECU (such as in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QocuEYNE6KM) would work on the 2009 Yaris? If anyone has any experience on this, it would be most helpful. Reason for change is that the P0037 warning will not go away despite checking cabling and replacing sensors. Replacing the ECU with a used one myself seems like a cheap way to rule out the ECU. Thanks, Hamdhan Last edited by Hamdhan777; 06-18-2020 at 10:15 AM. |
