I wouldn't bother with the Amazon, ebay, etc junk. They never last and they just blind other people.
But, if you're dead set on LED headlights in reflector housings, spend the money and get a set of Morimoto 2strokes. They sell anti-flicker modules for them too.

I'm not sure about the 2019's... I'd imagine they're the same... But these flicker.
I bought a set of (good) LED's and they flicker. Installed the resistors, still flickered... I was stumped, so i left them alone... In lowbeam mode they're fine... |

Are you looking to replace the globes for appearance or function?
The LEDs will give a "whiter" light than the halogen globes, but will most likely not give a well defined light pattern. Many (most?) of the claimed light outputs are greatly exaggerated on eB**. If you are looking for better light output, consider a set of Philips X-treme Vision globes. I have these in my 3rd gen Yaris, and they really light up the road on high beam without blinding oncoming traffic on low beam. You should also probably check the alignment of your headlights. Mine were set too low, while the high beam lights on my Camry were aimed up in the air, and did not even light up the road.

I second Xtreme Visions, I run them in my F150 and ran them in my Yaris before I retrofitted, they are BRILLIANT. If you can find Racing Visions in your size, get those. They are even better, but they don't last as long.
