FIREWALL QUESTION
SO IM ABOUT TO WIRE MY NEW SUBS AND RAN INTO A PROBLEM. THE MAIN RUBBER BOOT MOST HOT WIRES GO THROUGH IN MINE IS UPPER LEFT ABOVE BRAKE PEDAL, LIKE MOST CARS I THINK, BUT WHEN I POKED HOLE AND TRIED TO GET WIRE THROUGH ITS HITTING SOLID METAL ON THE OTHER SIDE. AND I COULDNT SEE ANY WIRE FROM THE ENGINE SIDE. MY WIRE WENT ABOUT 5 INCHES THEN BAM. HITS SOLID METAL. AND CAN'T SEE IT TO FISH IT THROUGH. SO WHAT SHOULD I DO? THANKS FOR ANY HELP!!!!

Turn off CAPS LOCK. It's the equivalent of SHOUTING on the internet.
Lots of posts on the forums about running wires through the firewall. Please search first. |
