First gen hatchback/sedan body panel compatibility
I have some front end damage to repair on my 2006 hatchback, and have been looking at wrecking yards for replacement parts.
Fenders, hood, and bumper cover are all different. Headlights appear to be different, but it may just be an illusion with the different fenders. Will four door sedan front doors fit four door hatchback front doors? Also will 2009 and later doors fit a 2006? I assume the fenders 2009+ are different as the headlights are different. Thanks. |

The first gen Yaris is what we know as the Echo. Second gen is 2006-2011. 2012+ is third gen.
There are no body panels that are compatible between a sedan and a hatch. Doors from 2009+ hatch will fit on a 2006 hatch.
