You should check with another dealer. I worked for Nissan/Infiniti and if something is a TSB it is different from Warranty. TSB's never had a time limit. I did tsb's on 95's and they never charged a customer(And that was in 2003).
Just saying I can see a stealership trying to charge people for things they should get for free now because they are hard up for business. Quote:

CTScott; I find it amazing that many of the Yaris's come with no cabin filter installed.
My 2007 didn't. |

Thanks I kind of thought that.
Funny thing is my Dealer sent me a coupon for a discount on changing mine at one of my normally expected service intervals. |

Well, I decided to take a peek and noticed droplets of water and on the mat. Funny enough, I got a call from the dealership doing a follow up on the work done. I didn't answer my phone, so I couldn't tell them it was leaking again.
Fuck 'em. I'm not paying $500 parts and labor for whatever it needs done. I'll be giving them a call and seeing if they can fix what I paid $99 for and going to the dealership that I actually bought my car from. |

Old thread but I'm going to bring it back from the dead. So I have a gutted 2008 yaris. And I have water on my passenger floor but I don't see where it would be coming from. I don't have air conditioning I deleted the AC compressor the condenser and the lines the only thing I have left is the heater core behind the dashboard. I know it's not residual water either. As I haven't had AC for over 8 to 10 years now. The only thing I'm thinking it is is from the roof rack clip where it meets the door seal. But all that is dry. I usually only happens when there's a lot of rain and I'm never in my car when that's happening. Any ideas
