airbag light?
so this isnt the "you have weight in the seat but no seatbelt air bag light, its the siting person in the seat with inflated bag red light
hooked up my obdlink and it wont connect to the airbag systems.....or any of the other non primarys..which is kinda weird cause it WILL connect to all those systems on my explorer so heres the thing with the light, it started a week ago it came on, then went away after a few hours , then was gone a few days then came back for a full day, then away for about half a day...this things totaly random as to how long it stays lit and how long it isnt looking for insights...to be honest as ive seen the destruction airbags do and knowing "if" the passenger one went off with my mother inlaw in the front seat it would kill her....just pushes me harder to remove em at the moment id just like to know WTF is going on and if its something i can even fix.....if its gotta goto the dealer ill rip both bags out....i have the "skill" to fix anything but if its a programing glitch or something like that...NO |

Have you read up on any of the threads that discuss reading SRS error codes by jumping pins 4 and 13 in the ODB port?

If you go to the Toyota website and signup in "My Toyota" that should give you access to any service and recalls done to your car by the dealer.
