Yaris MK1 rear shock absorber nuts?
Hi All
Some grease monkey tightened the lower nuts of my 2000 Yaris rear shock absorbers so tight that I burst a 16mm Gedore socket trying to get them loose. I did eventually get them off, but their hex faces are messed up. Does anyone here know where I can get two replacement nuts from? I've tried the local car spares shops near me, but none of them stock nuts with the correct thread. Does anyone know what the thread is? I don't care if the replacement nuts have a 16 or 17mm spanner size, just as long as the thread is correct. Many thanks in advance for any help. Btw, I'm based in London in the UK. |
