"Well, when I came home from school my head started to get really hot. So I drank some cold water, but it didn't do nothing. So I laid in the bathtub for a while, but then I realized that it was my hair that was making my head hot. So I went into my kitchen and I shaved it all off. I don't want anyone to see." -Pedro

Okay, so I didnt shave it, but it is a lot shorter haha, and my mustache is now a goatee... so I currently do look less like Pedro

Wow... well done! That is so good for you in so many ways and will pay dividends for the rest of your life.

I take care of myself, too. I'll be 37 this month and here's a picture from a couple of weeks ago:

Hard to look at pictures of what I used to look like but SO HAPPY to help and connect with others who wanna change their lives! I have done some speaking at support group meetings for Bariatric surgery. It helps me stay on track.

I won't lie, it is very hard going from being a huge overeater, to eating 2-3 oz. of food per meal. The hardest thing is when I am eating food such as chicken, or some kind of meat dish and I'd love to finish it cause it's so good, but I can't. I have adjusted pretty well.
