I decided a while back that I enjoyed eating more than not eating. So my next decision was to make my arms match my body lol. Now I look proportional-ish

Wow Dory, that's impressive!

I plumped up quite a bit over the past few years, up to 200lb at the worst, and managed to get myself back to about 165lb now, it just feels so much better

I do enjoy eating. That's what really sucks about it. After a while, you learn to appreciate the taste of food SO MUCH more than you did before, becaue you're not eating as much of it. Good to look proportional. Wouldn't want you to run around with a 115 lb. head! LOL

Not to sound overally offensive, but I have literally pooped 5 lbs. So 5 lbs isn't much of an achievement. I way say 10 minimum.

Way impressive! I'm "plumped up" at the moment, but on the way down. 210-ish, should be 185. Weather now getting cooler so the mountain bike will come out again.

Maybe we should have a diet support group on here, LOL, why not? 10 pounds off would make me look and feel better, but french fries yell louder than my inner voice.
