thats a good question ricepower... for sure mage-enjoy ang bawat isa sa ating venue kahit na hindi natin nakuha ang main hall. main hall is much more convinient, but if we need some place to stay... chalet is fine as well... so 16th lang ba or we will make it more days? Eastern group is planning to meet on 4th at dadalhin ko sila sa venue natin and then magte-take kami ng pictures para makita nyo rin ang beach camp.

meron akong nakitang mumurahing hotel d2... siguro pwede na sa isang room 2 families kung agreed kayo para lang makatipid... most of the time naman, sa beach camp tayo magstay during day time.

After Jubail? byahe na ba kayo agad sa Riyadh or may papasyalan pang ibang places? Just curious lalo na sa mga mgabyahe galing ng Riyadh then byahe ulit pabalik. Any other agenda on the meet other than dikitan, DIY A/C..etc...

Well it all depends sa budget, if I can save a little just to stay for a while... I WILL. But then you can't please everybody..., depende rin sa sked nung iba, we cannot say... I'ts just me anyway.

for clarification:
kailan nyo po ba kailangan ng estraha/rooms para matulugan, 15th or 16th night? kasi kung 16th night nyo kailangan, it only means na 17th dapat ang booking ng beach camp.

please advice.

Since till 12am lang naman yung beach camp, meaning after the beach uwian na. Tama ba guys? Mga taga riyadh sumagot kayo!

e kung ganito kaya guys ang route:
-Oct. 16 3am (sharp) Biyahe Riyadh-Khobar (corniche meet-up with kayaris of the east around 9am sharp)
-Oct. 16 around 9am biyahe Khobar-Jubail deretso Camp Beach hanggang 12MN
-Oct. 17 12:01 am tulugan (saan ba pwede?) kung meron kung wala bahala na si batman
