Perhaps if you ever get to this side of the country, we could take it for a spin. By the time you do, you'll need a helmet and to be able to latch a five point up!

Kaotic!

you asked me about the OEM front door baffles here are a few pictures, did you get your new speakers? and Yes I guess you can just cut the OEM speaker without destroying the rib-bets and try to screw the new speaker in.

Not really done, but getting there, it's the never ending story.

Some of you have seen this little portfolio I put together that gives you the idea of what's going on in the Yaris.

Thanks,

Yeah! the 3" Mids are in the kick area, they play almost as a Point Source and responsible for most of the Sound Stage running from 250 Hz to 6.3 kHz. They play a very important roll with Time Alignment T/A and when it comes to Left & Right EQ the location and aiming it's critical. Inside a car reflections are terrible.

Shameless bump right there D! Shameless! I would NEVER use a bump to raise my post count. :P hehe

Making this post bump relevant...

...Are there any plans to compete next year for you? (completely leading question, knowing insider information and generally causing trouble)

Bump fun!

If I have the chance I will.

The system is way far superior now compare to when I competed at Syracuse.

but it's all about personal enjoyment now and I will enjoy it as much as I can and you know what I mean.

This weekend they're having IASCA finals for the west coast location not 5 miles away from my house.

Until the government shutdown, I wasn't going to be able to make it...

I might stop by just to cause trouble and visit old friends. I'm hoping J.J. Dubec will be there with his Gladen setup on his GTR. That'll give the pro or pro/am class something to worry about. I'll do my best to help him wreck that class, brands be damned.

I feel that way too, for now I'm happy, I accomplished what I thought it would never be possible, I learn how to do it, I know how it works, I enjoy doing it and I'll do it again! and I will.

I hate to say it but the Yaris sounds so good that I want everybody to listen to it, but at the same time I feel selfish and rather just keep it for my self, I enjoy every track, old or new, Rap or Classic.

My next little project is RTA for left and right ear and me sitting at the sweet spot, call me crazy but I love it.

You know I understand your feelings about the Yaris.

Whatever I can do to help with whatever next step you take, let me know.

After reading this thread for a while I sure do miss something from another forum I read sometimes, where the worklog only get posts from the creator, and comments to the worklog happens in a seperate thread. Its fun to see the progress in the pictures and explenations, but i sort of loose a bit of interest having to browse trough the numerous posts from other people.

I know! Commenting on and digitally socializing with the OP really muddles thing down.
