^ I don't think they have vendor status, tooter.

How can they sell Golden Eagle manifolds without being one of their vendors? Unless they actually can't and were just claiming that they could.

At this point I wouldn't put anything past them.

It's been forever that i've bought upgrades for my yaris, but Garm was the only person I would shop with, and the absolute best in customer service in working with people. I wish that I was financially at the same place those years ago that I am now, because I would've pimped the yaris out so much more, lol. Priorities changed for me though after 2 kids, but I still love reading about all the awesome advances Garm continues to push for our great car!

^ ha, great to see you on here. ...ooh, 2 kids will do that for sure! But that is a much more precious experience than modding a car.

You can return to it when they are in school, or old enough to hold a wrench -- whichever comes first.

I'm a firm believer of what goes around comes around....kinda from my hockey player days of standing toe to toe. I was only knocked out three times in one season. Pretty lame existance having to steal someone else's ID.

Norcal's official walkin', talkin', Micro Image movin' billboard.

I suggest everyone ignore this tool from now on, and immediately report any suspected posters to the mods. This behavior makes me absolutely sick. TBR has been the biggest TOS violator in my 5 years with Yarisworld and this was totally out of line on so many levels.

Garm, is there any way to take legal action against TBR for harrassment, lies, forgery, impersonation? I would be happy to provide any of TBRs posts and IP addresses used!

I have documented most of it. For this incident, it would be Golden Eagle's move.

Best to be vigilant and also be thankful we still have Mods here who care about the community. I know I am, and I am not saying that as a business.

It's here!

I should have time to install it and my 1zz throttle body on Friday.

Also, a shot of the inside of the plenum. Those are some nice ramps leading into each runner!

By the way, what's all of this hardware that came with the manifold for? I imagine it's pretty easy to figure out once I have everything apart but I figured I'd ask.

Those really smooth velocity stacks are beautiful work.
Those grinding marks inside the runner throats are necessary. It's a real challenge welding thin aluminium tubing onto thick aluminium parts without getting at least some burn through. I had exactly the same issue. The ports clean up nice and easy with a grinder and there's plenty of material there so weld strength is not compromised.

There's three approaches, one is a smooth flush recesses like yours, another is smooth raised ramps...

and a third is where the stack protrudes into the plenum...
