Via Micro Image...

larger TB = more air = ECU sends more fuel = more power for the same a/f ratio.

1. drill out the rivets on both throttle bodies.
2. chip away the sealant from the idle adjust screw on the 1ZZ throttle body.
3. using small bolts and nuts, install the chip (black plastic assembly) from the Yaris onto the 1ZZ throttle body.
4. install the 1ZZ throttle body onto the Yaris, adjust idle screw

Thanks, do I have to take the TB out to get to the chip? Its already in there and I have the chip ready, just need to do as you mentioned.

Yeah I got a really badly rounded-off nut I am gonna have to figure out before I can finish this then. Getting a CEL, and wanted to rule this out.

I'm missing "automatic footwell lighting" ;)
Quite easy to get with maximum comfort, just attach e.g. LED-stripes to the seat frame and the plastic convers over the pedals and the same one on the passenger's side.
Second, have a look at the rather small connector on the far left side of the fuse panel near the steering wheel where three rather thin wires arrive.
The negative connector of e.g. the LEDs goes to the white wire with the black line on it, for the positive one you could just hook it to the purple wire, but for maximum comfort, I'd recommend a switch with a configuration that's called "on-off-on" if I remember correctly.
There, the second pole should be connected to the blue wire.
I have no pictures of this yet because I haven't had the time yet to apply this mod.

As soon as it runs fine, I'll post a tiny circuit that turns on the interior light only in the dark when it's necessary, thus avoiding unnecessary battery drain :)

By now, a somewhat larger project including Arduino, CAN Bus and DMX occupies me - might be finished tomorrow, next month or never ;)

No airflow from my center heater/ac vents

There's no airflow out of the center heater/ac vents on my center console. Where can I get a description of the vent system and /or how to trouble shoot the problem?

You can download the service manual thanks to the Micro Image forum. The AC section of the manual cover the ducts, but most likely the cable which connects the knob to the flaps that direct the air has come loose. You can pull off the side vertical trim pieces with your fingers, then pull back the radio surround, and finally pull back the AC panel to check the connection on the back of the knob.
