You can only open the doors with these right?

You can't turn the car on with them?

How much would that cost? I would like to get a second master key and 2 valet key's, but figure the dealer would rape me for a couple of hundreds.

I'd be okay if I just had a second master key.

and IIRC there are only three lock cylinders (LF door, Trunk, and ignition)

probably looking at $350 parts and labor at least.

your best bet is to price out lock cylinders from the dealer (if you're trying to save money on this) and ask to see the items. specific for your car. get the part numbers off the bags then get the cylinders (if cheaper) online. then get a reputable shop or a locksmith to 'code' the tumblers for you in the locks and install them.

then all you'll need is a new key from wal-mart or the likefor about $1.50...

If you have an immobilizer then well good luck with the price.

or see if you can get the cylinders from CTSCOTT unless he needs them he has a totaled yaris.
Shoot. I chucked Crashy's locks with the doors and the hatch. I would have given you them to you and traded you the ignition keyswitch.

By the way, the ignition is a 4th cylinder that needs replacing.

I bought a totaled Yaris off ebay. So, I didn't purchase locks, I just removed the doors and hatch.

Looking at the EPC, what you need is 69005-52D60, which is the complete cylinder set, including a new ignition switch. The list on it is about $210. That is for a sedan without power locks and without the engine immobilizer.
