I will be doing this either this weekend or sometime Christmas week that I have off. (The red neoprene looks great)
Has anyone who's done this figured out a way not to break the trim piece near the back of the door? If not, the DIY is a little vague on reattachment where its broken. What kind of screws are used, where can you get them, and do you need to pre-drill? Also, is the headliner spray something you can pick up at any Autozone? Thanks for the DIY! PS> Where would one pick up those smart TRD emblems?

On my 5 door, the rear door panels did need to be separated. For them, I drilled the welded plastic bosses with a large diameter countersink bit (3/4") to break them free. To reassemble that section I used some 3/4" long lath screws (wood screws with a large washer-like head, bought at Lowes) to reconnect the two parts. Here's my thread with a picture of what I am describing: http://www.yarisworld.com/forums/sho...her+door+panel For the adhesive, 3M super 77 is available at any auto parts store, and is also sold at home improvement stores.
