I think stock bolts would be just fine with 5mm spacer. More than 5mm's will need longer bolts.
BTW, I wouldn't touch those spacers! Do yourself a favour and get quality hubcentric spacers... it's worth the extra bucks. With cheap spacers, you run the risk of vibration at speed... which is all too common. |

Yup, I think 5mm in the rear with your 40mm wheels should look good! |

Just FYI, I have 15mm rear spacers on my xB. They are the H&R TRAK spacers, and they are very high quality. They came with longer wheel studs, too (where were a PITA to install).
For a smaller spacer, check here: http://onetongarage.com/products/whe...cer/index.html So is it the front that has the problem with rubbing? Not so much the backs? With a 205/50/16 and a +35 offset wheel, I keep getting told I'll rub in the front when lowered ...

I don't mid a little poke but I don't want any on my yaris just flush or a little closer to flush. I'm pretty sure 5mm would do the trick.

If you're running ET40mm (and 205/50/15's), you should be flush up front... is that right? Take a level and a mm ruler and see how many mm's will bring the rears out to where you'd like them (to match the fronts). Then look for the size spacers you want... they're available in a wide range of mm widths. |
