Okay I don't have a Yaris but in the ECHO you sit up high, personally I like it cause you can see and I think its crucial in a small car like that, I guess I'm use to sitting up high in my 87 Toyo Van, its like a panaramic view...but each to his own!

haha i guess so, i had a 98 corolla and a my step dad had a 99 camry, and both were low seaters. And just amazed me that i was sitting high on a yaris.

Last week when i was the passenger of my mates 94 Civic i think, i felt like my ass is gonna scrape the road cuz im now used to sitting so high. Weird, anyway i cant even see my bonet on the yaris since its sooo tiny.

Oh yea and i always forget how damn small the yaris is. I was reverse parkin and i thaught i didnt have any more room to reverse, so i parked the car, and i was shocked that i had like 70cm space between my car and the car behind. HA funny yaris

Off topic as well...my wife offered me to get me a PSP3 if I cut weight from 214 down to 187..that might be a good dieting system!

also my 2 cents...it took about 4-5 days to get used to the gas pedal..my leg hurts by being on the pedal..i sometimes laid agains the center panel...

I am 5'7" and I wear size 11 shoes. Ya I noticed the pedals where really close together compared to other cars I have driven. It still bothers me a little bit but there really isn't anything I can do. I have no problems with the seat however. I noticed at first it felt a bit uncomfortable but I adjusted the seat and now it is perfect.
