you can keep the factory slug. mpgs drop even in pedestrian driving. i avg low 30s. lately since its now cooler and less tourists on the road i avg sometjing like 27-29mpg @85-90 mph hwy speeds.

Did you have to do any flashing to the ECU? If so, can you PM me and let me know what the process is? BTW, my Yaris is non-immobilizer if that makes any difference.

just change the vin number in the ecu.
