I WOT it till I hit my desired speed, so this thing won't work for me.

What people REALLY need is an instant input thingy. A device that'll take away that smoother outer, which saves gas mileage. By doing so, you'd get near instant throttle response, similar to that of a cable system.

But like I said, it would demolish your gas mileage.

Noogie,

You should tell me more about the S\C, I am doing the Rotex since it is the only one for my little car, what info do need, will this throttle plug in actually work or is it useless?

Will your Rotex S/C run fulltime? The Blitz unit has a 4-position rotary switch that controls when the blower kicks in...Off, 25% throttle, 50% throttle, and 70% throttle. I was told by a Blitz employee that if you run the S/C fulltime, that you will not feel the effect of the Throttle Controller since you're boosting all the time.

If you are able to set your boost turn-on until the higher throttle settings, then the Throttle Controller will get you to boost sooner and make the transition smoother.

I'm glad you liked it. I was at the Blitz garage sale this weekend and almost bought the device but backed down since I have the alternative of boosting all the time.

I did, however, get a Blitz oil cap and radiator cap. Can't say I feel much more power as a result. Only poorer.

No, not at all. I think the controller will give you a much better throttle feel. It has different settings right? It's supposed to reshape your throttle curve compared to the linear curve from the factory.

What I am curious about is how different does it feel from just flooring the pedal with the controller turned off?

it opens up quicker, half pedal is really full pedal with the controller on sp3. the best way to explain it imo is you dont get more power but you get your power quicker...if that makes sense. it really made my shifts into 2nd agressive because the throttle can open up quicker after the shift.

supposedly the milder settings react very well with the supercharger.

Finished the install of the Blitz TC. Thanks to Mikenacarato for putting up with my questions. For the automatic IMO this is a must have. With a stronger throttle response there is no more need to use the auto shifter to get up to speed.

you can buy the cancel wire for an additional cost. i plan on doing it as soon as the blitz dealer here in nashville gets one in.

I got the reverse kit with mine, did not install it. It is easier for me just to ck the display at start up to ensure I'm at OFF or ECO before I put it in reverse. I have adopted a rule for myself to make sure to turn off when I shut it down.

You're right, my bad....should have worded the above to say "check to be sure it's off".
