I didn't contact the seller. Didn't figure there would be a point. The seller clearly stated that all sales were final and as-is. It was my fault for not looking before buying or asking about the hooks, took that for granted.

Go ahead and contact the seller! It can't hurt, and he or she might say "shoot, that's what these things are, I'll send the right away." Or not.

Chris, how did you get your hands in to mount in that position? Also did you get an install spec from Toyota with the cargo net?

Tom, My Liftback came with the cargo net and shelf. Was just trying to give him a few close up's on the parts he was missing.
