It's also my understanding that the main reason Toyota used the rubber parts it to lessen the enging feeling in the shifter, but for sports car i think it's a benefit to feel it... Do you feel the engine better? or is the vibration distracting or annoying?

Just an FYI: After driving with the NST drivetrain products for a month I will have to say it's still great!

One thing, these products will make it hard to drive any other car without thinking "this thing really needs a short shifter!"
