I'd go for the 5 door.. I think it just looks cooler. And its easier to access the back. When I was first gonna get a Yaris, I wanted a 5 door hatch but they weren't available in the U.S. =/ So I ended up getting a sedan, which i love. lol But If you're trying to decide between the 3 door and 5 door, I'd say 5 door!

I used my 5dr Hatch for delivery and I would get a lot of the Van jobs. Having the extra side doors is a necessity. Also, the floor space directly behind the front passenger seat is huge (assuming the front seat is pushed all the way forward) so, having a rear door to easily access that floor space is ideal.
