Okay... it is an 07, and that means it has seen sun for over 2 years. If you are just now removing emblems, then maybe some polish, or just a good coat of wax on the rest of the car. There is always the option to buy some replacement emblems on eBay, or one of the sponsor sites to cover the discolored parts. Something that says Vitz, or maybe something in another language would be cool. At least it would be a one of a kind for the dealership, and cops would be all sorts of confused. The judge could probably even throw the ticket out for the car being of foreign brand, and not in their system. Well, here's to high hopes! Cheers! (beer bottles clang)

Try some spit... then try pouring some coke (not pepsi, but coke) on a rag, leave the rag out for about 15 to 30 min, soaking wet with coke, then rub it on the spot that is slightly off color. Then wash off VERY thuroughly, and wait a little while to see results. Coke eats through anything, including concrete, steel, clothes, paint, wood, and tons of other stuff. There's even a website about it (no, I don't know the actual site, sorry, but just google it) that tells you what to do for what kind of cleaning. There are even times they say to pour it in the toilet for x-mins to get rid of toilet bowl rings, pour x-oz in the wash machine for ink, oil stains, or any other stain you can imagine, or to pour it right on your pants and wait x-mins to get dried concrete off. Really amazing stuff, so there should be a way.
